He holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. From 1985 to 1989, he worked under Iacobucci in the OS/2 Architecture and Strategy department as an Advisory Programmer on the jointly developed Microsoft and IBM OS/2 operating system. He served as Lead Architect and Designer for the initial technical team that started Citrix Systems in 1989, where he led the development teams responsible for the core remote Windows display technology. From 1997 to 2001 he served as Director of Technology Strategy at Citrix. CTO of VirtualWorks
