Cymbeline Refalda-Villamin is a leading Christian and medical writer in the Philippines. Currently she writes for Philippine Panorama, the Sunday magazine of Manila Bulletin and Health & Lifestyle, a magazine for doctors and other healthcare practitioners. She worked as supervising science research specialist at the Department of Science and Technology. Her scholarly work, "Writing as an Adventure," published in Philippine Studies by the Ateneo de Manila University Press (Quezon City) is widely indexed by online libraries particularly Universidad Complutense de Madrid and De La Salle University- Manila. She is member of the National Research Council of the Philippines - Division of Humanities / Literature.
