Savage, Richard
An English poet, best known as the subject of Samuel Johnson's <i>Life of Savage</i>, originally published anonymously in 1744, on which is based one of the most elaborate of Johnson's <i>Lives of the English Poets</i> (<a href=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Savage_(poet)>Wikipedia</a>).
