Lillian Csernica is an American author. She has written a considerable amount of nonfiction in the field of science fiction, fantasy, and horror. She has been a columnist for Speculations, writing "The Fright Factory" and "The Writer's Spellbook." Her controversial column of literary criticism and short fiction reviews, "The Penny Dreadful Reader," ran in Tangent, earning praise from such leading lights of the field as editor Ellen Datlow.
