2 featured books

Carrie Ann Alford is a journalist and novelist based in Washington, D.C. Her first novel, CLICK, is published by Author House (subliminal advertising: you want to buy this book!). Her second novel, Conquering Washington, has been delayed due to real jobs and writer’s block and is slated for a release sometime before the Day of Judgement. This second book terrifies certain friends, as it is based on the misadventures of Carrie Ann & her friends in their twenties. She has dual degrees in Journalism and Old Testament & Jewish Studies from the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. (Have a question on how many oxen it takes to plow a field? Worried about wearing clothing made from two types of linen or if that fake lobster is kosher? I’m your girl.) She has been writing reviews for HollywoodJesus for about two years now, so hopefully you’ve read all her Pulitzer-worthy reviews. She reviews political non-ficition, some fiction, CDs and whatever category that Madea book falls under. She is currently trying to return to work on Capitol Hill, where she worked previously as a staffer in the House and Senate, and then as an Associate Editor at CD Publications covering the federal government, finance & government appropriations… she however has difficulty balancing her own checkbook… maybe if it had as many zeros as Senatorial pet projects….
