William F. Breivogel was Associate Professor of Childhood Education and Co-Director of Childhood Education of the Institute for Development of Human Resources at The University of Florida. He was a member of the American Educational Research Association and was on the Board of Directors of the Florida Educational Research Association. Dr. Breivogel received his A.B. and M.Ed. from the University of Miami, Florida, and his Ed.D. from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
