Has lived in Crystal Lake, IL since 1975- has published 7 volumes of poetry: Poems West from Ballina; Sketches; From Shadows; Come Spring and Beyond: Sweet Light; Here to Live; Isla. Current projects include a new poetry book and a film on the Carl Sandburg Birthplace. Married the love of his life, Carolyn. They have 3 children Colin, Brynn, and Mikell, and a black lab, Maya, named after Maya Angelou :)
