Norman E. Gibbs
Norman E. Gibbs was an American software engineer, scholar and educational leader. He earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Purdue University in 1969 and spent a decade as the first director of the educational program at the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University.
