In writing both fiction and non-fiction, I draw upon eight years' full-time and VR service with the Royal Navy (Intelligence) and the Royal Marines (SBS and Commando) Many years of experience in business, from shop-floor to the boardroom - working with some pretty improbable characters - and of course, life itself, continue to provide the inspiration to write. Acting as adjunct faculty, in some of Europe's leading Business Schools, has given direction and focus to my writing. For that, I am grateful to both the professors and the irreverent challenges of students, willing to go beyond the possible. My non-fiction primarily explores issues in the psychology and practice of leadership - largely in the business world. My novels reflect my passion for military and naval history - principally that of Special Forces.-Amazon
