WHO IS IRA U. COBLEIGH? Dr. Ira U. Cobleigh, Enterprise Economist, served with the then Chase National Bank in Wall Street, and later with Halsey Stuart and Company. He is a director of ten firms and financial consultant for six corporations. He is the author of many best-selling books, edited the New York Security Dealers Association's Guide to Success in the Stock Market, and is a feature investment columnist.
