Jamison Green (he/him) is a white trans man and professional writer who began medical transition in 1988, when resources and awareness were limited. He contributes to many academic anthologies and journals and holds BA and MFA degrees from the University of Oregon (1970, 1972), and a PhD in Law from Manchester Metropolitan University (2011); he has been featured regularly in the media and at innumerable conferences and has consulted globally on trans rights.
