Mario Fresa (1973) was born in Salerno, where he lives. He published poems in several reviews, such as "Paragone","L'Almanacco dello Specchio", "Nuovi Argomenti", "Gradiva", "Capoverso", "Semicerchio", "Caffè Michelangiolo". He has published five books of poetry: Liaison (2002, with a preface by Maurizio Cucchi, Giusti Prize), L'uomo che sogna (2004), La dolce sorte (2005), Il bene (2007), Alluminio (2008, with a critical note of Mario Santagostini). He is included in a number of anthologies. Many of his lines and pieces of criticism are issued on reviews and newspapers.
