Miami Valley Regional Planning Commission
Study of the transportation options for the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historic Park, which includes four discrete park locations within the Miami Valley area as well as 47 Aviation Trail sites. In addition to creating the park, Congress also established the need for a transportation system connecting the essential locations.
