It's Health Month in Mrs Furber's class and IQ the mouse is learning about how to be healthy. At the end of the month all the students will be tested to see if they have improved their fitness and, if they have, they will each get a gold ribbon. IQ really wants to get his gold ribbon but he's worried when he doesn't do as well on the initial fitness test as the other students so he sets about doing his best to get fitter. He learns about healthy food, he learns about exercise, he learns about staying hydrated and he learns about getting enough sleep. He works really hard to improve his fitness. But at the end of the month his fitness scores are still not as good as the other students' scores. Will he get the gold ribbon that he has set his heart on?
