Lower 3/4 of front cover is a color photograph of Dick Thompson of Astoria Granite Works with one of the many markers they or the business made. On the back cover is a color postcard of the Astoria Waterfront in 1855. The painting was done by Dr. O.B. Estes around the time of the 1911 Centennial. A building labeled "#2" is a school built by James Welch. Size: 5.5" x 8.5"
