Josiah Leet
Poetic verse, ambitious quatrains...probing the verity of sense data and the unreliability of same. A slim volume, but it holds heavy in the hands. Holds the current record in the Library of Congress as the "least-frequently-pulled-from-the-shelf" book of poetry. A stray volume was recently sold on AMAZON...the Publishers disappeared some years ago into the Argentine pampas with a sack of mixed currencies, a cross-eyed Gypsy midget and a blind parakeet kept in an upside down Chicago Bears football helmet. There is still the matter of an unpaid tab at the Unctuous Flamingo nightclub-bar in South Beach.
