Large book of home designs from the Universal Plan Service, Inc. and printed by the Western Printing Company in Seattle. The book which originally had paper covers, has been rebound with hardback purple covers. Both the front and back covers are blank. However, the front cover does have discoloration in the top half and you can see where a title sticker was once placed. When you open the cover, the gold sticker with the title and author on it is loose, and has been stuck inside the interior red pages. The interior pages are all black and white, with illustrations of the houses at the top of each page, and the floor plan at the bottom of each page. Size: 8.75" x 12"
