Colored Orphanage of North Carolina (Oxford, N.C.)
Reproduces four speeches on behalf of the orphanage made by Board members E.E. Toney, B.W. Parham, J.W. Medford, and C.C. Spaulding, which were broadcast by Radio Station WPTF, Raleigh, in 1938 to help make the public aware of the needs of the Orphanage and encourage their financial support.
