Conference held 27-29 March 2007, co-hosted by the Institute for Security Studies and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. The aim of the meeting was to share findings and experiences with key policy-makers & officials, and in the process, facilitate the emergence of a 'community of practice' whose mutual interest would be to seek lasting solutions to the challenges of HIV/Aids.
