Abstract: This text focuses on nutritional problems and their relationships to pathological conditions of the small and large bowel, bilary tract, liver, and pancreas. Based on a symposium held in Bologna in June of 1985, this Volume examines the role of diet in the development of digestive abnormalities and in the therapeutic response to such abnormalities.
