Treaty between the Butalmapus Mapuche people in the region of the BioBio River and representatives of the newly-independent Chilean state. The Parlamento de Tapihue (Tapihue Parliament) of 1825 concluded with the signing of the treaty by Francisco Mariluan (for the Mapuche), and Pedro Barnachea and Julián Grandón (for Chile).
