Co-Editing the fourth edition with General Howard is noted terrorism and counterterrorism expert, Dr. Bruce Hoffman of Georgetown University. The fourth edition retains many of the seminal offerings of earlier editions but adds a more robust counterterrorism section and an entire chapter on the post bin Laden international terrorist threat.
