Study on the revocation of Dominican citizenship to peoples of Haitian descendent born in the Dominican Republic and the situation of repatriating these peoples to Haiti. In 2013 the Dominican Supreme Court judgement (168-13) revoked citizenship from persons of Haitian decent born in the Dominican Republic, their birth right by Dominican law.
