Capeman is the story of Caine, a boy who can't grow because he began smoking cigarettes at age 5; his friend Onion, a wooden merry-go-round horse with only 3.5 legs; and Beaver (or Bartholomew Englebeak Romano Jones III), a mad scientist who creates a potion that allows him to bring dead babies back to life. This litzine tells the stories of their adventures, and the turn of events that creates the mysterious hero known only as Capeman.
