The book describes the problems created by the Land tenure system in Buganda as a result of introduction of the Milo land system similar to the one in the UK which took no consideration of the Pre colonial land tenure systems in Africa. it explains the concept of communal land tenure systems in Africa which h have not been given enough attention in the literary media.
