The electronic city, Surréal, is run at perfection until one day, the Prime Mover, the source of electricity to this underground city, begins to lose power. Two teams of brothers begin to search for the reasons behind the loss. Their path leads them to break the city's highest laws, and finally to the world outside Surréal.
