Five Dutch ceramists embarked on an adventure with Galerie Terra Delft for a work period in the Chinese ceramic city of Jingdezhen, the historical source of the famous Delft Blue pottery. They worked together with five Chinese artists in the idyllic Sanbao Ceramic Art Institute for six weeks. In this book you can follow the stories of their struggles with the unfamiliar Chinese porcelain and the differences in opinion and artistic processes between the Dutch and Chinese artists.
