Mark Kelley
Berman's Lament is the story of a pretty good investigative journalist lured to the larger exposure and better pay in TV news. What he learns about how local TV news is really done these days creates some real cognitive dissonance for him. His story has action, adventure, even a little sex. It's an easy read. An excellent way to spend some time on a rainy day indoors.
