Abstract: With the belief that the food supply has become denaturalized through insecticides and technology, this book explores natural foods from the perspective of the three major nutrient types; carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Grains, sugars, fruits, cholesterol, eggs, milk, and meat comprise some of the topics discussed. Diet types considered "natural" include the following: macrobiotic, food combining, and metabolic types. Additionally, abibliography recipes, and grain supplier list are included.
