The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company
A pocket-sized little booklet titled inside: "Service Men's Telephone Handbook." There are calendars on the back page for 1943 and 1945, so we know it was during World War II. There is no name written inside. The booklet is only 2.5" x 3.75" that looks quite large here. It has wearing along the edges, and notes inside. There is also an easy-to-use map of downtown Astoria, the history of Astoria, places of interest, and how to best use the telephone to make your calls.
