Blue Book known as "the little blue bible" by author and editor James W. Pickens. The book was finished and published by William and Stephan (James W. Pickens) Publishing 1981. This book has had much controversy. Ben Gay III stole my book and self published these tapes and, "my book" under his name for over 30 years. He was apprehended by the FBI and indicted on federal racketeering charges under the "RICO ACT" He was sentenced by the federal court in Sacramento CA. to 14 years in Lompoc prison in CA. It has been far too long that his name has been on my property. So, I felt it necessary to correct this.
