Christopher Nicole
Two young men-- Jack Dawson, a British Royal Navy lieutenant, and Hirada Tanawa, an Imperial Japanese Navy pilot--become friends from 1937 until December 1941, a relationship that will have tragic consequences as their two countries plummet towards war. The fact that Hirada has married Jack's cousin Georgiana further complicates matters, when they find their countries at war with each other.
