It was released in three different colors a blue cloth edition, a green, and a red, with colored plate glued to it's front, and gold lettering. A presentation copy was also published with an engraved cover, it also had a special "Certificate of Honor" page where families could paste the image of their veteran in a circular wreath, and provided a place to write their name and any remarks they wished to make, on blank lines.
