Wolfgang Harich
This volume collects some of Wolfgang Harich's works on the philosophy of Johann Gottfried Herder. It includes various studies, articles, and lectures on Herder, along with Harich's monograph "Rudolf Haym und sein Herder-Buch," which reflects Harich's interest in 19th-century scholarship on Herder, and which was one of Harich's most important works of the 1950s. In addition, this volume includes selections from Harich's lectures on the French and German Enlightenment, showing for the first time Harich's detailed interpretation of the Enlightenment.
