When bandits attack a mining company as it transports money to pay its workers, Tailspin Tommy and Skeeter are hired to fly the pay roll to the mine. But the bandits have planes too, and they force Tommy to land. Stranded along the border, Tommy is suspected of theft and murder. He must find the pay roll, escape the bandits, and clear his name.
