Welsh orphan, Megan Jones, was betrothed to a Methodist missionary. She traveled alone to Macao aboard the Lotus Wind, captained by Robert Hawke. Captured by pirates, the wounded Robert and Megan become prisoners of Mr. Yao. This mysterious man's home was The Pink Pagoda. From there, Robert and Megan's lives will become further entwined. Their adventures had just begun.
