Novel. Reynaldo Marcos Padua has also published Welcome to the island of the piña colada (1984, Primer Premio del Ateneo Puertorriqueño), Aguila (2008) and La música de las esferas (2011). He has also published Club de prededores (short stories, 2007), El espejo de la memoria (short stories, 2010), Donde estabas tú cuando yo caí (short stories, 2017). He was part of the literary collective, Grupo Guajana, an important group of Puerto Rican writers of the 1960s and has published two collections of the works by other Guajana group members, Flor de lumbre (poetry, 2004) and Relatos en espiga (short stories, 2007).
