The book is an ongoing study of life. Methodically, the photographer twists and turns it through the creation of different worlds of images. The study is based on a hope of finding form and structure or at least acceptance of the transience of everything. At the same time, the image worlds challenge photography in its traditional form, as the subject is often subject and object at the same time. Emma Krantz has consistently through her art been objects in her visual worlds while she assumes the role of director in the space in front of the camera lens Boken är en pågående undersökning av tillvaron.
