Based on fieldwork stretching over several years, it gives voice to ordinary citizens. C'est en privilégiant une approche "par le bas" que cet ouvrage répond à ces questions. A partir d'enquêtes effectuées sur plusieurs années, il donne la parole aux citoyens ordinaires.
