Paperback book glued together on the spine. The covers are a gray-ish- tan, and have fairly heavy discoloration along all the edges. The book has water damage in several places, making it seem warped. There is also cursive writing in red ink on the front cover that says, "Do no cut." The back cover has a small "Bell System" logo in the very center. There is also a 0.5" yellow line going around both covers. Inside the yellow line, it says, "See the Classified in this Directory; Its Yellow pages Tell You Where To Buy It." In the center of the yello line is an illustration of an open book that has the words "Yellow Pages" inside it. In the middle of the front cover is an illustration of an angel carrying lightning bolts and telephone cables while standing on a globe that says, "Spirit of Communication." There is a hole punched in the upper left corner. Size: 6" x 9"
