Houyhnhnms is a type of horse of supernatural intelligence that appears in part four of Gulliver's travels, by Jonathan Swift. It is also the title of a major exhibition of Nuno Ramos in many years. Houyhnhnms is a cheerful, colorful exhibition, in contrasts with the grey tone of the current Brazilian reality. Nuno still paints as he did 30 years ago. Multidisciplinary artist, he occupies the fourth floor of the Pinacoteca art gallery with his paintings, drawings, installations and films, all integrated. Under the sign of the metamorphosis of Proteus, the Greek deity with the gift of premonition, which turns not to tell the future humans, Nuno Ramos changes of aspect to each room, using fragments of works in other works.
