Commercial Paper
Work detail
This book consists of ten chapters, each of which covers an important aspect of the commercial paper market and each of which has been written by an acknowledged authority on that particular subject. The topics for the chapters were chosen to provide an explanation of either a specific aspect of the market, or the function of one of the various specialists, whose combined expertise constitutes, the basis for the successful operation of the commercial paper market as a whole. Thus, the crucial roles of the commercial paper dealer, issuing and paying agent, the issuer's lawyers and the rating agencies are each examined in detail, as are specific market applications and developments.
