Provides data collection tools for measuring both learning and research outcomes that link outcome to satisfaction. Will enable user to plan an outcome strategy for the library that is in line with accrediting guidelines; to excute a plan by identifying user needs, collecting and analyzing data and presenting your findings and measure the value of the services being provided and identify areas for improvement.
