Essentially the pack was a collation of drug agency advice that was already in the public domain The pack became a focus of intense media criticism in the mid 1980's and was re-named the 'Good Glue Guide' by the press. One national paper in the UK wrote an editorial stating that the author should never be allowed to work as a social worker again. Almost 30 years on, I am still happily working as a social worker.
