In this book several academics reflect on the law from "non-legal" perspectives and recover the human, sensitive and complex side of social conflicts that have legal relevance. A dogmatic analysis tends to dehumanize, bureaucratize and simplify conflicts. From this perspective, for example, a criminal act is looked at from the legal qualification, the theory of the case and the crime, the sentence and execution.
