Walk a Tightrope
Work detail
Jill Conrad was made an offer she thought she couldn't refuse: a month long stay at an artists' colony in Maine in the company of a charming man she hardly knew but who knew he wanted her. She needed a peaceful break from her hectic life in New York and from her past. Her future seemed bright and hopeful but fear and darkness were about to rear their ugly heads. Jill's carefree attitude gave way to doubts when this strange new man insisted she stay for a month; then those doubts snowballed into full-fledged fear when she heard a simple story. It was the story of a young girl who died there 25 years earlier, a girl Jill had never met but whom she found herself having a little too much in common with. Would Jill end up just like her?
