Paperback book glued together on the spine. The covers are green, and relatively smooth. The title and an image of an angel carrying lightning bolts and telephone cables while standing on a globe that says, "Spirit of Communication: Bell System" is on the front cover. This is the first year that there is mailing information on the back cover. The Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company's address is in the top left corner, while the Postage Paid square is in the right corner. This is also the first year that there is a silhouette of an evergreen tree with the words, "Keep Oregon Green" inside it. This book also has a hole punched in the upper left corner. Size: 6" x 9"
