The second contains typed and manuscript notes copied by A. W. Ashby from Collier's copy of the 1822 issue, then in the possession of Mrs Violet Koop.  The work was first published anonymously in 1822 (see Bib# 10104950/Fr# 901 in this collection). See A. & J.
