This is a book written by my Granny McAllister's (Mary Crawford) aunt. It is the only known book written as an in depth account of the families who created the Village of York, NY. The village is located approx. 30 miles southeast of Rochester, NY. The book was published with a very limited supply. My family has a few copies that are going to be passed down from generation to generation. It is very detailed with photos and is a great source of history for families from the Genesee Valley.
