Billy Batson would like to be Captain Marvel all the time, but his sister points out that he is still an eleven-year-old boy, and he has detention at school--but when he heads back to school he is kidnapped by Theo Adam, who wants to learn the magic word that will transform him into the supervillain, Black Adam.
